Forgotten Login IDs and Passwords:
1. Forgotten your Login ID and/or Password? No problem. Check the Invoice we emailed to you for your last order from us. The Login ID and the Password are displayed at the foot of that Invoice email.
2. Forgotten Password and lost your emailed Invoice from your last purchase from us? If you remember your Login ID, you can enter it, then click the " Forgot Password?" link and your password will be immediately emailed to you.
Reminder: The prices shown in the initial checkout pages do not include GST. This is because GST is added in the second page of the checkout. GST is only payable by Australian residents so GST will not be added to your invoice if you are not an Australian resident. No GST is charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates, as they are a cash equivalent.
Also, we do not take online orders for all countries. Please note that we do not take online orders for shipment to certain countries, due to high fraud rates. If our system does not allow you to complete the checkout process, please contact us.
