Hoyt Carbon Matrix Black Out

Hoyt Carbon Matrix - a quantum leap for the entire archery industry

Hoyt Carbon Matrix Black Out Description

Hoyt Carbon Matrix Black Out image

Revolutionary developments and engineering breakthroughs like Hoyt's Carbon Matrix take talent, inspiration and teamwork. Hoyt engineers spent countless hours developing, testing and fine-tuning this revolutionary new bow until it was ready for full-scale production.

The ground breaking Hoyt Carbon Matrix marks much more than an epic advancement in Hoyt engineering. It triggers a quantum leap for the entire archery industry.

Hoyt's lightest high-end bow ever, Carbon Matrix boasts a radical, high-tech, hollow carbon tube riser featuring O-Tech Technology.

Strategically crafted to yield new standards of lightweight design, vibration reduction, shootability and precision, every innovative inch of this engineering marvel is amazingly strong and stable.

At 35" axle-to-axle, it delivers all the stability of a longer axle-to-axle bow, but with the super light mass weight of a much shorter bow.

Everything that Hoyt engineers, designs and builds is built to the highest standards possible. Hoyt refuses to cut corners. Their limbs are the perfect example. Designed and built in their factory in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, every limb is built utilising a technically advanced lamination process with the industry's highest quality composite and fibreglass components. It's time consuming and more expensive, but it delivers the most consistent and durable limbs available. You'd be hard-pressed to find any limb design in the entire industry that even comes close. Hoyt wouldn't have it any other way.

Engineered specifically for the Carbon Matrix, Maxxis 31 and Maxxis 35, Hoyt's advanced XTS ARC Limb System ushers in a new era in Hoyt limb technology. Delivering new standards of recoil reduction and dramatically increased smoothness, laminated XTS ARC limbs offer eye-catching, past-parallel good looks and uncompromising performance. Amazingly lightweight, strong, stable and dependable, they flew through Hoyt's minimum 1,000 dry-fire test and screamed for more.

How many bow companies build their limbs to withstand 1,000 dry-fires? Only Hoyt builds rock-solid limbs engineered to survive such rigorous testing standards. XT Series limbs are contoured, pre-stressed and laminated with Hoyt's proprietary Five Layer Lamination process incorporating Uniform Stress Distribution Technology. The result? A perfectly engineered stress profile that eliminates "hot spots" that plague lesser quality flat-glass and solid-limb designs. Hoyt XT Series limbs are without question the strongest, most dependable, longest lasting limbs you'll find anywhere.

Yet, with all of this innovation and ground-breaking performance, Carbon Matrix shares the same legendary durability standards as all Hoyt bows.

"A few days ago I was at the wingem pub and I was trying out other peoples bows. Simon Gallon who is sponsered by abbey archery let me try his new carbon matrix. I have never shot a Hoyt before this one and when i felt it, it was really light even with all on Simon's equipment on it. The long rod on this bow made it front heavy and to try to put more weight on the back would of made it too heavy. The only bad thing about this bow is when you are drawing it back it has got a few lumps to get over but thats no problem if you have the muscles for it. The let off was fairly good, this bow sits really still in your hand if you are holding it properly. When i squized the trigger and pulled on my LIKE MIKE release aid the bow shot and I didn't feel it and the was almost no sound at all. Using the two arows Simon gave me i shot two elevens one after another at 20 meters. This is the best bow i have ever shot and i am looking forward to purchasing my own. Anyone that wants the best bow ever should buy one of these. " - Alex from Bonny Hills NSW on 01/25/2010
"I have owned quite a few bows over the years and can honestly say that this is the most balanced, smoothest and quietest bow I have ever shot..Most people tend to swap the factory strings out prior to shooting[I'm guilty of this], however there is no need..The Fuse strings are just as good as any custom strings available, they have improved their quality over the past 2 years, there has been no peep rotation or stretch at all with over 1000 shots on the bow..The Matrix is balanced perfectly and completely neutral, the weight of the Matrix "feels" lighter than on paper..The fit and finish is typical Hoyt quality, flawless..I believe it is worth every cent and anyone who purchases a Carbon Matrix will not regret it..
