STAN SoleX Release Description
The all new SoleX index finger release from STAN offers hunters a premium target quality, compact, consistent and performance hunting release platform in a wrist release. The SoleX is easy to adjust with its single sear system and a hard or web connection wrist strap option. With the SoleX will have you fully confident in your hunt of a lifetime.
SoleX releases contain Diamond-Like Coated (DLC) internals. DLC is made of carbon atoms that have the properties of natural diamond. This gives the release internals high hardness, high corrosion resistance and lubricious movement. DLC Coating is what makes the SoleX releases feel crisper and smoother than ever before.
The SoleX has three points of adjustment for trigger travel, trigger tension and length, making it super easy to use.
Trigger travel on the new SoleX can be adjusted by turning the self-locking travel adjustment pin located on the side of the release body. Not only is the adjustment pin twice as precise as a standard 8/32" set screw, but it does also not allow for at any point of rotation to have the hook and trigger not fully engaged.
Tigger tension can be quickly adjusted with the set screw located in the front of the body of the release. Turning the set screw clockwise it will increase trigger tension and turning it counterclockwise will decrease the trigger tension.
To lengthen the SoleX release from the wrist strap you simply loosen the two screws located in the strap clamp. Once you find the correct length for your hand and retighten the screws in the strap clamp making sure that it is secure and will not slip or move. It's as easy as that.
To reset the release simply pull the trigger and the release will reset due to the return spring on the hook.
