These are at approximately our cost (some averaging is undertaken in order to reduce the huge number of possible options to a manageable level).
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the Checkout process but you can view them yourself at any time - see CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING in the bottom of the left column.
For international deliveries you must select your Country then enter your State/Province (if none, type in a hyphen) and Zip/Postal Code (if none, type in a hyphen), then click "Update".
For Australian deliveries you must select your State and enter your Postcode, then click "Update".
Our system will then calculate your shipping charges.
Please note that we do not ship to certain countries, due to high fraud rates. If our system does not allow you to complete the checkout process, please contact us.
We offer Customer Service over the phone and are committed to responding to emails the same day - usually within hours during our Hours of Operation.
Our shipping charges are very competitive - as stated above, we charge you approximately our actual freight cost.
Australian Deliveries
We employ the best shipping methods based on price and reliability. Overnight delivery to main cities such as Melbourne VIC, Canberra ACT, Adelaide SA and many provincial cities. Abbey Archery uses Australia Post or couriers, depending on the dimensions of your order and in many cases will require a signature, so someone must be in attendance at the delivery address during normal business hours (i.e. between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday).
International Deliveries
For international deliveries, we use Australia Post's "Express Courier International" courier service. It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of goods to over 190 countries and territories. It provides parcel tracking for most destinations and can handle delivery to PO boxes, metro, rural and remote areas.
You should allow 4-5 business days for receipt of your order.
For most countries, your Order can be insured - choose that option when offered it, in the Checkout process.
You are responsible for any duties, imposts and/or taxes levied on the import of ordered products, into your country.
Do not order goods which are illegal to import into your country. If these goods are returned to us, you hereby agree to be charged the freight and any other charges caused by their return.
Free Delivery
We currently offer free delivery for orders of AUD$500.00 inc. GST or greater, delivered within Australia or for NZ deliveries, AUD$450.00 (excludes GST) or greater. Offer is made available in Step 2 of our Three Step Checkout, via a Coupon. If your order qualifies, a Free Delivery Coupon Code will be displayed on that page, which you enter (type) in the box immediately below it.
Free Delivery is subject to the following conditions:
- Offer is only applicable to Australian and New Zealand deliveries.
- Offer excludes 3D targets, blocks, bags & ethafoam targets, back packs, hard bow cases, Cartel, Easton & Abbey double soft bow cases, bow presses, arrow saws, larger tools and parts.
- Discount Coupons cannot be redeemed with your Free Delivery Coupon. Only one coupon can be redeemed per order.
