When you sit behind the wheel of a new car, the first thing you feel is the steering wheel and say that feels good or I don't like this. It will become very clear whether you like the steering wheel or not. Archers often come into our pro shops, pick up a bow and say I like the feel of this bow and often this is because the grip feels good to them.

80 years of designing the most accurate bows in the world has taught Hoyt a thing or two about bow grips. One thing they know is, one size does NOT fit all when it comes to the ideal grip. That's why Hoyt provides you with versatile choices for the final custom touch.

Hoyt's Pro-Fit Custom Grip system eliminates any worries about one of the most critical elements on your bow - the grip.

Customise the feel of your bow with one of Hoyt's exclusive Pro Fit Custom Grips. As an archer or bowhunter, you shouldn't have to compromise the feel of your grip. Pro-Fit Custom Grips allow you to match a grip with your shooting style creating a much greater level of accuracy and consistency.

Hoyt's renowned Pro-Fit 180 Grip comes standard on all Hoyt hunting bow models. This grip is designed with a comfortable, repeatable neutral angle and features a thermo-polymer layer. The slim one-piece 180 Grip, made from thermo plastic elastomer is soft to touch, reducing felt vibration and promoting a better torque-free shot and providing a warm feel and acting as an insulator on cold-weather or frosty morning hunts. It is stylish and functional and dampens vibration. The 180 Grip is compatible with all Hoyt bows that utilise the Pro-Fit Grip system.

The Standard Black Wood Grip is a larger width grip but keeping the same profile as the standard side plates.

The High Wrist Brown Wood Grip has a larger width grip that is also profiled to raise the hand in the bow.

The Side Plates Black Wood Grip are screw on pieces which mount onto both sides of the handle, can be installed in a few seconds and have a narrow tournament feel, very comfortable, aesthetically pleasing style and look a little neater. A narrow grip certainly enhances your accuracy.

With four different grip options to choose from, there is sure to be a grip to fit your hand. All four grip styles can be used for either hunting or target bows. Grip is available in RH only. We do not stock the LH, but we can special order it. Please enquire.

Each style of the Pro-Fit Custom Grips will fit both hunting and target model bows and can be purchased separately.

Pro-Fit Custom Grips are not suitable for Vantage models, AlphaElite, Contender Series, Ruckus, UltraElite, ProElite, Kobalt, Trykon Sport or Trykon Jr model bows.
