Carter Quickie 2 Plus Release black with velcro strap

Where faster is better, Carter has just met the challenge of developing a hunting release that can stand up to the need for speed, whatever the hunting situation may be with the introduction of their Quickie series featuring the Quickie 1 and Quickie 2.

The open-jawed, single-sear wrist strap design offers a self-closing jaw which quickly re-locks following each shot, providing for easier, faster loading on either a D-Loop or serving.

In addition, enjoy the luxury of silent loading and silent shooting with this index finger model without sacrificing any of the accuracy for which Carter has become so famous.

As always, expect the same durable, high quality 440 stainless steel parts, smooth contours and option of travel adjustment with the turn of a set screw.

This Quickie 1 compact release comes in two options - with a quality black Velcro strap or a moulded camo strap. Black leather buckle wrist strap model is not a stock item, but can be special ordered. Please enquire.

The Quickie Plus features a new version of the popular Interchangeable Tension System – ITS for fast, easy spring changes. ITS allows you to change the adjustment tension spring to customise your Quickie Plus to your individual bow set-up, without taking the release apart to change springs.

Every Carter release has a CNC machined housing made from 6061 T6 aluminium.

It is vibratory deburred and anodised for a very attractive, yet durable finish.

The internal pieces of the release are CNC machined from 1018 cold roll steel. They are case hardened to 50 Rockwell C, electro nickel plated, then hardened a final time to reduce wear.

Each release is hand assembled and tested before it leaves the Carter factory.
