Bohning Instant Gel 20gm or 0.7oz Description
Instant Gel fletching cement 20gm (0.7oz) tube.
General purpose instant adhesive in gel form.
Adheres vanes & feathers in 25 seconds to carbon, fibreglass, aluminium & wood shafts; do not use on inserts.
Approximately 66 arrows can be fletched using a 20 gram tube of Instant Gel. Roughly 0.3 grams of adhesive are used per arrow.
Vane and Feather Clamp Time - 25 seconds. Torsional Strength - 2700psi.
Fletching Directions - Apply thin bead to vane base or feather quill. Place fletching. Make sure base of vane or feather fully contacts shaft.
Do not use on inserts.
Maximise adhesion of vanes and feathers by cleaning your shafts with Bohning SSR Arrow Shaft Surface Cleaner or AAE Arrow Shaft Cleaner. You can also clean your shafts with soap and water. Scrub with an abrasive pad. Rinse with hot water. Let air dry.
